Executive Chef Siriwan Rerksuttisiridach (otherwise known as 'Grace') was born and raised in Bangkok and apprenticed under the teacher of the Royal Thai Chefs for the Royal Family of Thailand, before moving to Vancouver. Simply Thai is located in Yaletown on Hamilton Street, between Drake and Davie, and is the only restaurant in Vancouver that is both Thai chef owned and operated.
