Description:

The unique Salt Tasting Room focuses on pairings of fine artisan cheeses and meats, along with superior wines. Guests create their own tasting plates from selections featured on the prominent chalkboard menu, which changes routinely. The room is located in historic Blood Alley between East Cordova and Water Streets in Gastown. On weekends, Salt doubles in size with the opening of the Salt Cellar downstairs - a space reserved for events, winemakers dinners and private parties on weekdays.
