Description:
After opening eight successful restaurants in his native Japan, Executive Chef Seigo Nakamura decided to take his talent to an international audience. He chose Vancouver to open his first restaurant outside of Japan, and has since received wows from critics and patrons alike. Nakamura specializes in flame-seared (Aburi) sushi dishes and entrees.
Miku was the 2010 winner of Best Formal Japanese by WHERE Magazine and the first downtown Japanese restaurant to become a member of the Ocean Wise program, which promotes seafood sustainability in the restaurant industry.
