Calabash serves house-made Caribbean food in an art-house atmosphere. Art and music is central to this space. The downstairs lounge area of Calabash hosts Foundation Radio, an online radio station that plays roots, reggae, jazz, blues, Motown and funk music.

Calabash promotes the development of local reggae, funk, hip-hop and poetry artists with its intimate live venue. Downstairs is also a visual art space, providing a forum for local artists to display their work.
