"Just for you ladies - delicate, sweet oysters on the half-shell, fresh-shucked to order. Served on a bed of ice, with a trio of mignonette, lemon and house-made cocktail sauce.

And what pairs better with amorous oysters than bubbles? Cristalino Cava - Spain's delightful sparkling wine from the Penedes region - is Chef's suggested pairing.

Enjoy a full dozen on the half-shell with a glass of Cristalino Cava for $30, or a half-dozen for $18. After work, before dinner, after a movie - anytime Friday from 11am-midnight."
